I had another fantastic stay at the Cooper Hotel Conference Center & Spa. The beautifully renovated rooms are spacious and incredibly comfortable, contributing to a peaceful atmosphere. While the restaurant is located at the adjacent fitness facility and has limited hours, there are several great dining options just a short walk away. My only downside was the loud FOX news playing during breakfast, which dampened the otherwise relaxing vibe.
